Crystal Qureshi is a Nationally Certified Physician Assistant who has been working in Family Medicine since graduating with her Masters of Science Degree in Physician Assistant Studies in 2001 from Arizona School of Health Sciences a division of A.T. Still University. She joined our practice in 2015.
Crystal is a native of Arizona and is proud to have completed her schooling here as well. She attended North High School in Phoenix then Arizona State University before receiving her Bachelor’s degree in Biology at Grand Canyon University. In addition to her experience in Family Medicine, she has also practiced in a hematology/oncology office as well as urgent care. She has also served as faculty at A.T. Still University in the Physician Assistant program.
Crystal has been fortunate to be trained by and work with very caring, knowledgeable and experienced physicians. As a result, she practices a compassionate and thorough style of medicine. She looks forward to serving alongside the outstanding team at Pinnacle Family Medicine
In her time off, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three boys. She is highly involved with church and has served on several medical missions.
